JP TRENT DESIGN
Before we start
An initial enquiry or consultation is free and does not create a contract. These notes explain how we scope a project; your written proposal and agreed contract set out the actual services and commercial terms.
Prices and scope
The published starting prices are £600 for a defined build or from £49 per month for a managed website. They are different routes, not a promise of the same deliverables or an automatically available fixed package. The quote confirms pages, features, content, revisions, delivery stages and total payable, including any applicable VAT.
Hosting, domain registration and renewals, business email, paid plugins, subscriptions and specialist integrations are itemised where relevant. They are not automatically included in a starting build price. Extra work is agreed and quoted before it starts.
Payment and ongoing plans
Any deposit, setup payment, instalments and due dates are confirmed in writing. For a monthly plan, we specify the update and support allowance, minimum term, notice, renewal, cancellation and exit arrangements. £49 multiplied by 12 is £588; that illustration does not set a contract duration or include unquoted setup and external charges.
Your content and the timeline
You provide accurate business details and material you are entitled to use. We agree who is responsible for copy, imagery, legal information and final approval. The schedule depends on the work, availability, receiving content and feedback, and access to any existing services.
Review, launch and handover
We agree preview and feedback stages before launch. The proposal identifies what checks are included, who provides domain access and who authorises launch. Ownership of custom work, access to source files, third-party licences, portability and transfer assistance are confirmed in the agreement.
Results and support
We do not guarantee a search position, traffic level, sales or number of enquiries. Ongoing SEO, advertising, new features and support beyond the agreed allowance require a separate scope. An enquiry does not sign you up to marketing.
Who you are contracting with
Your proposal and contract will identify the legal contracting party, contact details and relevant business information before you accept. JP Trent Design is the trading brand; no limited-company status is asserted on this website.
