When you use the enquiry form

Your name, email, optional business details and message are used locally in your browser to prepare an email. The form does not submit those fields to our website, save them in a database or add you to a mailing list. Editing a field clears the prepared preview. Nothing is sent until you send the email yourself.

When you open an email app or choose WhatsApp, that service handles your information under its own privacy terms. You can instead copy the message into your usual email service.

When you contact us

We use the information you send to answer your request and discuss any potential project. The relevant basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to general business enquiries. If you become a customer, we use the necessary information to deliver the agreed work and meet applicable accounting and legal duties.

We use email and hosting providers to operate the service, including Google for email and the ChatGPT Sites hosting platform. Those providers may process technical or message data outside the UK using their applicable transfer safeguards. We do not sell enquiry details or treat an enquiry as agreement to receive marketing.

How long we keep information

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond, manage an ongoing project or resolve a related issue. Contract and accounting records may need to be kept for applicable statutory periods. The criteria are the status of the enquiry or contract, any unresolved issue and our legal recordkeeping duties. Ask us about deletion of a closed enquiry.

Cookies and technical information

This website’s own code sets no analytics or advertising cookies, embeds no social tracking widgets and stores no enquiry details in browser storage. Fonts and design images are served with the site. The hosting platform may process IP addresses, request logs and essential security or service data to deliver and protect the website.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion or restriction, and object where we rely on legitimate interests. Portability and other rights depend on the legal basis and circumstances. Contact us at the email above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
