An ongoing service with agreed updates and support. This is a managed plan, rather than an advertised instalment purchase of the £600 build.
£49/month is £588 over 12 months, before any quoted setup or third-party costs. Minimum term, hosting, update allowance and exit arrangements are confirmed in writing.
The work: pages, content responsibilities, features, revision rounds, delivery schedule and any extras.
The money: setup or deposit, payment dates, VAT treatment, hosting, domain renewals, paid tools and update costs.
The relationship: minimum term, notice and cancellation, support allowance, source-file ownership, licences and transfer or handover arrangements.
