BEFORE WE BEGIN

Good questions.
Straight answers.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Independent shops, trades, local services and professional businesses that need a clear, useful online presence. We’re based in Nottingham and can work remotely across the UK.

What does the starting price include?

The project route starts at £600 for a defined build. The managed route starts at £49 per month with an agreed update and support scope. The exact pages, revisions, setup costs and recurring charges are confirmed in a written quote before you commit. Read the pricing section for what the quote covers.

Can I keep my domain, email and existing content?

We’ll review your current platform and access, preserve useful content and plan any migration with you. Domain and email changes are agreed before launch; an existing domain does not need to be replaced just because your website changes.

How long does a website take?

That depends on the scope, content and feedback. We confirm a realistic schedule after the initial discussion. There’s no automatic turnaround promise before we understand the work.

Will I own the website? Can I move it later?

Ownership, access, third-party licences and source-file handover are set out in the quote. For a managed plan, we also confirm the minimum term, notice period and transfer arrangements before you sign.

Can you add a shop or bookings?

Tell us how the feature needs to work. Shops, booking tools, payment services and integrations need a separate scope and feasibility review. Third-party subscriptions are identified in the quote.

How can a website make doing business easier?

It can explain your services, answer common questions and give customers a clear way to contact you. We agree the jobs your site needs to do first, then design around them. A website alone cannot guarantee enquiries, revenue or time saved.

Will the site appear at the top of Google?

No one can guarantee that. We consider helpful content, clear headings, descriptive page titles, mobile usability and indexable pages. Ongoing SEO, content campaigns and advertising are separate services if agreed.

Are the examples real client websites?

JP Trent Property Care is a related JP Trent business. The barber, electrician and mechanic are fictional demonstrations, clearly labelled. Each has its own working concept page. They are not external client commissions.
